We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, Fountain Hills VIP Sedan has a very simple cancellation policy: regardless of whether you made your reservation online or over the phone, just give us 12 hours notice prior to your pickup time and you will not be charged.
Unfortunately, Fountain Hills VIP Sedan must collect payment if cancelled with less than 12 hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
